As a dietary supplement, adults take 500–1500 mg daily. Mix with yogurt, smoothies, or any other thicker consistency foods, or, take sublingually (due to its unpleasant taste, its not recommended): Hold under the tongue for one minute and swallow.
For accurate dosage, as a service to our customers, we offer a small scale (100 grams/0.01 gram), at a discounted price of $6.00. The initial dosage should always be measured by weight (with a scale), not by volume. Once the weight is established, then any spoon can be used (Measuring spoon set, etc.). 1/4 teaspoon = approx. 500mg = approximately
We supply scoop(s), 1.25 CC (1/4 teaspoon) with every powder order (Subject to availability). One scoop (1/4 teaspoon) Resveratrol powder equals approx. 500 mg. (Scoops are shipped only with an order of resveratrol or NMN powder, and may not be backordered, or shipped separately). (As alternative any measuring spoon set may be used).
