Shipping Speed & Carriers
Orders placed on weekdays before 10 am EST are eligible for same-day shipment.
Orders received after 10 am EST will be shipped within one business day.
Orders placed in the US valued under $500 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are considered fulfilled when the carrier confirms delivery.
Orders over $500 will be mailed via USPS or FedEx using the ‘signature proof of delivery’ method and can take between 2 to 5 days to arrive.
Customers may request a signature confirmation method for any order, regardless of price.
Lost Orders & Accuracy of Address
If an order is lost or not delivered, Mega Resveratrol will ship you a complimentary replacement. In the event that duplicate orders are received – the original and the substitute – we ask that you ship the additional package back to us and Mega Resveratrol will cover the return postage fees. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase the additional order at a discounted price. Please use our Return Authorization Form below to return duplicate orders.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment.
If the delivery address provided by the customer does not include a unit number, or is sent to a business, hotel, or office building, the order is considered complete when delivery is confirmed by the carrier. This is true even if someone other than the recipient accepts the order.
Mega Resveratrol (Candlewood Stars Inc.) is not liable for missing shipments that arrive safely at the specified address, and any claims of non-receipt should be directed toward the appropriate business, hotel, or building manager.
Mega Resveratrol is not responsible for shipment delays caused by inclement weather, natural disasters, or processing time at a customs agency.
COVID-19 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ALERT:
Due to the Coronavirus, most Global Postal Services are still not processing or are very slow in delivering inbound international packages. Therefore, orders that we ship by USPS (our standard method), and delivered by Postal Services around the world, may be delayed by 15-60 days or longer (with the exception of Canada which may only experience slight delays, therefore we’ll continue shipping via USPS).
As an alternative to Postal Services, Mega Resveratrol is offering to ship international orders via major carriers such as FedEx* at no additional charge (see rates listed above). However, the following conditions apply:
- The minimum order for free FedEx shipping is $175.00 (product price). Discount coupons may not be used with these orders. If you use the discount code, you will not be able to use this offer.
- Orders under $174.00 may choose to ship via FedEx for an additional shipping fee of $25, or via standard USPS (First Class Mail), with potential delays (delivery in 20-60+ days with shorter delays to Canada). Mega Resveratrol is not responsible for shipping delays. At checkout, you may select the FedEx OR USPS options.
*Delivery via FedEx may take 5-10 days (Unless held by Customs).
In order to qualify for a money-back refund or exchange, Mega Resveratrol products must have a ship date that is within 14 days of verified receipt of original order, and contain no less than 75% of the original capsule count. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost.
Please Note: “Final Sale” items may not be returned or exchanged.
If multiple bottles are returned, a return may contain only one open bottle. All remaining bottles must be unopened in their original packaging, and in new condition. Open bags of resveratrol powder are not eligible for a refund.
Customers must obtain prior authorization from our company for any return or exchange using our Return Authorization Form.
International orders returned to us for any reason, including refusal by a customs agency are subject to a 10% or $15 USD restocking fee (whichever is greater), plus all shipping costs.(to and from the customer).
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on wholesale orders. If you are placing a wholesale order for personal use, we strongly suggest starting with a trial order of one or two bottles before committing to a case. Certain orders may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt and with prior authorization from our company. Re-shipping and return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Wholesale orders that are returned to us for any reason, including by an international customs agency, are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the product price, plus the actual shipping cost.
