Shipping

Shipping Speed & Carriers

SHIPPING ALERT! Winter storms across the USA may cause delivery delays in the USA and other countries.

Orders placed on weekdays before 12 pm EST are eligible for same-day shipment. Orders received after 12 pm EST will be shipped within one business day. Orders placed in the US are shipped via USPS and are considered fulfilled when the carrier confirms delivery.

USA Orders over $400 will be mailed using ‘signature proof of delivery’ method and can take between 2-4 days to arrive.

Customers may request a signature confirmation method for any order, regardless of price.

Lost Orders & Accuracy of Address

A missing USA order will be considered lost after 25 days from the date it was shipped.

If an order is declared lost, Mega Resveratrol will ship you a complimentary replacement. In the event that duplicate orders are received – the original and the substitute – we ask that you ship the additional package back to us and Mega Resveratrol will cover the return postage fees. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase the additional order at a discounted price. Please use our Return Authorization Form below to return duplicate orders.

Alternatively, If a USA order is declared lost, Mega Resveratrol will issue a full refund (within 5 days).

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment.

If the delivery address provided by the customer does not include a unit number, or is sent to a business, hotel, or office building, the order is considered complete when delivery is confirmed by the carrier. This is true even if someone other than the recipient accepts the order.

Mega Resveratrol (Candlewood Stars Inc.) is not liable for missing shipments that arrive safely at the specified address (i.e. hotels, offices, etc.), and any claims of non-receipt should be directed toward the appropriate business, hotel, or building manager.

Shipment Delays

Mega Resveratrol is not responsible for shipment delays caused by inclement weather, natural disasters, Covid-19 or processing time at a customs agency.

International Orders

COVID-19 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ALERT:

Due to the Coronavirus, international deliveries may be delayed, (Delivery in 10-45 days or longer).

Therefore, a missing INTERNATIONAL order that was shipped via USPS will be considered lost after 60 days from the date it was shipped, and a refund will be issued within 90 days. Missing orders shipped by FedEx/ DHL/UPS will be considered lost 20-25 days after the order was shipped, and a refund will be issued within 30 days.

If an order is declared lost, Mega Resveratrol will ship you a complimentary replacement. In the event that duplicates orders are received – the original and the substitute – we ask that you ship the additional package back to us and Mega Resveratrol will cover the return postage fees. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase the additional order at a discounted price. Please use our Return Authorization Form below to return duplicate orders.

As an alternative to Postal Services, shipping via FedEx (6-9 days delivery) is available for orders of $174 or above, for an additional fee of $10. (This option is available from the drop-down menu on each ordering page). International orders of $174 or above will be shipped via FedEx at no additional fees.

NOV 15, 2021 UPDATE

Shipping Note: Shipments to Australia and New Zealand, have been temporarily suspended by USPS (US Postal Service), due to reasons related to Covid.  We, therefore, ship all orders to Australia via FedEx. Orders of $174 or above (excluding shipping fees) will be shipped by FedEx (6-9 days delivery) at no additional cost.  However, orders below $174 (excluding shipping fees) will require an additional $10 FedEx shipping fee. Please choose “FedEx Shipping” ($10) from the dropdown menu above, and add it to your cart.  Customers who wish to have their order (below $174), shipped by FedEx to any other country, please add “FedEx shipping” ($10) to your cart

Canadian Customers: Due to additional charges (Border Crossing Fees, etc.) imposed by Canadian Gov’t on FedEx all orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise by the customer.

USPS shipping to Canada is basically back to pre-covid, with most deliveries time-frame of within 15 days or less. If you would like your order to be shipped by FedEx, (and you accept the additional FedEx charges), please email us upon placing your order (or indicate “FedEx shipping” in the notation part of the order).  (Free FedEx shipping on orders of $174 USD or above).

*(International delivery address which is declared by FedEx as “Out of delivery area” (i.e. rural area),  will be shipped by USPS, or additional FedEx “rural” shipping fee of $40 will be required by FedEx).

Returns

Retail Orders

In order to qualify for a money-back refund or exchange, Mega Resveratrol products must have a ship date that is within 14 days of verified receipt of original order, and contain no less than 75% of the original capsule count. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost (and $5.00 handling fee)

Please Note: “Final Sale” items may not be returned or exchanged.

If multiple bottles are returned, a return may contain only one open bottle. All remaining bottles must be unopened in their original packaging, and in new condition. Open bags/jars of resveratrol and/or NMN may not be returned for a refund.

Customers must obtain prior authorization from our company for any return or exchange using our Return Authorization Form.

International orders returned to us for any reason, (including 1. Refusal by any customs agency to admit the item, and 2. The customer failed to claim/collect the package, and/or pay the required Customs/VAT/taxes), are subject to a 10% or $15 USD restocking fee (whichever is greater), plus the actual shipping costs, (to and from the customer), plus $5.00 handling fee. Its the customers’ responsibility to verify import and Customs regulations in their country, as well as collect/claim the item from Customs or the carrier, in a timely manner.

Auto-Ship Subscriptions

An Auto-ship subscription may be canceled at any time.  However, a subscription that was canceled after the first shipment, is considered as a one-time order and therefore is not eligible for the 20% subscription discount.

Wholesale Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on wholesale orders. If you are placing a wholesale order for personal use, we strongly suggest starting with a trial order of one or two bottles before committing to a case. Certain orders may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt and with prior authorization from our company. Re-shipping and return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Wholesale orders that are returned to us for any reason, including by an international customs agency, are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the product price, plus the actual shipping cost.
