Shipping
Shipping Speed & Carriers
Orders placed on weekdays before 3 pm EST are usually shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3 pm EST will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed in the US are shipped via USPS and are considered fulfilled when the carrier confirms delivery.
USA Orders over $300 will be mailed via the ‘signature proof of delivery’ method and may take 2 to 4 days to arrive.
Customers may request a signature confirmation method for any order, regardless of price.
Product Price and Discounts
All prices are subject to change without advance notice. Furthermore, Mega Resveratrol reserves the right to cancel any order that was mistakenly priced.
Coupon discounts may not be combined with any other discounts or coupons. Coupon discounts may not be applied to Auto-Ship orders.
Allergic Reaction
An allergic reaction to resveratrol (or to any of our products) is rare but possible, just as with any other food (Peanuts, etc.). If you experienced an allergic reaction after taking resveratrol (or any of our products), please stop taking it. If you placed an order for more than one product, we suggest taking only one product per day when starting the regimen. For example, if you ordered Resveratrol and NMN, take the NMN first; if you have no reaction, take the Resveratrol the next day. This way, if you experience a reaction, you’ll know which product caused it. If you experienced no reaction, you can start consuming the products together.
Having an allergic reaction to a product doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with the product. Unfortunately, some people cannot tolerate a product, particularly when it is pure. An allergic reaction to resveratrol can cause any (or all) of the following: Diarrhea, stomach cramps, skin rash, etc. Please stop taking the product if you experience any of these symptoms.
When placing an order for the first time, we suggest placing a small order (one of each product), and administering as per above. You should place a larger order only after you have verified that you’re not allergic to any of the products.
You may return any product (only one open container (minimum of 75% full). We do not accept returns for any opened powder products (Resveratrol or NMN powders). A refund will be issued per our Returned Policy posted on this page.
Lost Orders & Accuracy of Address
A missing USA order will be considered lost 25 days after it was shipped.
If an order is declared lost, Mega Resveratrol will ship you a complimentary replacement. In the event that duplicate orders are received – the original and the substitute – we ask that you ship the additional package back to us, and Mega Resveratrol will cover the return postage fees. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase the additional order at a discounted price. Please use our Return Authorization Form below to return duplicate orders.
If you received the wrong product, please take a photo of the item and email it to us. We will then replace the item with the correct product at no cost to you. (You may have to return the wrong item to us. We’ll provide a return label or pay the shipping cost.
Alternatively, if a USA order is declared lost, Mega Resveratrol will issue a full refund (within 5 days).
Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment.
If the delivery address provided by the customer is a house, apartment, business, hotel, mail receiving service/store, or an office building, the order is considered delivered and complete when the carrier confirms it as “Delivered”. This is true even if someone other than the recipient accepts the order.
Mega Resveratrol (and Candlewood Stars Inc.) will not be liable for missing shipments that were delivered to the address provided by the customer (i.e., hotels, offices, etc.), and any claims of non-receipt should be directed toward the appropriate business, hotel, or building manager.
Shipment Delays
Mega Resveratrol is not responsible for shipment delays caused by inclement weather, natural disasters, Carrier Strikes, COVID-19, or processing time at a customs agency.
International Orders
We currently do not ship to Russia!
A missing INTERNATIONAL order shipped via USPS will be considered lost 60 days after shipment, and a refund will be issued within 60 days. Missing orders shipped via FedEx/DHL/UPS will be considered lost 20-25 days after shipment, and a refund will be issued within 30 days.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment.
Canada Customs: Due to a new arrangement between the USA and Canada, we now prepay Customs on orders between USD 100 and USD 200. That means our Canadian customers do not have to pay Customs on most orders. (This arrangement is for shipments by USPS ONLY. NOT by FedEx or any other carrier.
*(International delivery address which is declared by FedEx as “Out of delivery area” (i.e. rural area), will be shipped by USPS, or additional FedEx “rural” shipping fee of $40 will be required by FedEx).
International Customs/Taxes:
Any additional fees, such as Customs, Duty, VAT, taxes, Border Control fees, or any fee other than the shipping fee, imposed by any government agency are the responsibility of the customer. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges.
Returns
Retail Orders
To qualify for a money-back refund or exchange, products must have a ship date within 30 days of verified receipt of the original order. If only one bottle is returned, it must contain at least 75% of the original capsule count. If multiple bottles are returned, a return may contain only one open bottle. Refunds do not include the shipping costs, to and from the customer, and $6.00 handling fee, (including USA orders that were shipped free of charge. Returned USA orders are not eligible for free shipping).
Please note: “Final Sale” items may not be returned or exchanged.
If multiple bottles are returned, a return may contain only one open bottle. All remaining bottles must be unopened in their original packaging and in new condition. Open bags/jars of resveratrol and/or NMN powder may NOT be returned for a refund.
Customers must obtain prior authorization from our company for any return or exchange using our Return Authorization Form.
Unopened orders (sealed containers), that were returned to us without our authorization are subject to 15% or $15 USD restocking fee, whichever is greater, in addition to the shipping fees to and from the customer.
International orders returned to us for any reason, (including 1. Refusal by any customs agency to admit the item, and 2. The customer failed to claim/collect the package and/or pay the required Customs/VAT/taxes or any additional fees imposed by a government agency, are subject to a 15% or $15 USD restocking fee (whichever is greater), plus the actual shipping costs (to and from the customer), plus $6.00 handling fee. It’s the customer’s responsibility to verify import and Customs regulations in their country and to collect/claim the item from Customs or the carrier in a timely manner.
Auto-Ship Subscriptions
An Auto-ship subscription may be canceled at any time. However, a subscription canceled after the first shipment/delivery is considered a one-time order and is therefore not eligible for the subscription discount.
Wholesale Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on wholesale orders. If you are placing a wholesale order for personal use, we strongly suggest starting with a trial order of one or two bottles before committing to a case. Certain orders may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt and with prior authorization from our company. Re-shipping and return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Wholesale orders returned to us for any reason, including by an international customs agency, are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the product price, plus the actual shipping cost.
