Suggested Use:
As a supplement, adults take 500 mg–1000 mg (1 gram) daily. The most efficient administration of NMN is Sublingual. Hold powder under the tongue for 1–2 minutes, then swallow.

We supply scoop(s), 1.25 CC ( 1/4 teaspoon) with every powder order (Subject to availability). One scoop (1/4 teaspoon) NMN equals approx. 250 mg.
